Chicken with spicy orange sauce

Ingredients
12 boneless skinless chicken tendersSauce:1 Tbs grated ginger2/3 cup fat free low sodium chicken broth3 Tbs orange marmalade1.5 Tbs low sodium soy sauce1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice3/4 tsp hot chili sauce
Directions
Bake chicken tenders in oven using cooking spray to coat baking sheet at 375 for about 25 minutes or until desired doneness.
Serving size: 3 tenders

For Sauce:
heat a skillet over medium-high heat: coat with cooking spray.
Add grated ginger and saute 1 minute.
Stir in chicken broth, marmalade, and soy sauce, and bring to a boil.
Cook until mixture is slightly thick. Stir in lemon juice and hot chili sauce.
Yield: about 3/4 cup (serving size 3 tbs)

This sauce is relatively light and sweet for a spicier sauce feel free to adjust ingredients.
