FOR THE PATTIES1 lb ground beef1/2 cup minced onion1/2 cup minced celery1 egg1/3 cup quick oatsseasoning(herbs, salt and pepperFOR THE BUNS3 cups all purpose flour1 tsp salt1 tbsp baking powder1tsp baking soda1 tbsp dry herbs1 egg1/4 cup olive oil1 cup milk
FOR THE PATTIES
mix all the pattie ingredients together and make into 15 mini patties patted thin. When ready to eat, grill on hot bbq for 2 minutes each side
FOR THE BUNS
mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately then mix together. knead gently and cut into 15 equal pieces, then round like little buns. Place on a baking tray and allow to relax for about 20 minutes then bake until golden in 375C oven
