Ingredients:Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped1 qt chicken brothCelery, raw, .5 cup, diced Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp *Cooking Spray, Pam, 1 serving 2 cups of water1 1/2 cups fennel slicedHam, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, diced Lentils, .5 cup Saute onions in Pam, add carrots, celery and a little broth and cook for 15 minutes, add rest of broth and water, Mrs Dash and lentils and fennel. Bring to boil, add ham. Simmer until lentils are cooked, about 20 - 30 minutes.
