Spicy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, minced2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp olive oil1/2 cup celery, chopped small1-2 pickled jalapeno or hot pepper2 cans chunk light tuna in water, drained1 Tbsp spicy mustard2 Tbsp light mayonnaise (optional)Cajun seasoning to tasteSalt & pepper to tasteChili powder to taste
Directions
Heat oil in skillet on medium.
Add onions, garlic & celery. Saute until softened.
In medium bowl, mix all the ingredients. That's it! Serve in sandwiches or on its own.
Makes 4 servings.
