Matchstick Parsnips and Carrots

Ingredients
1/2 C water2 t. butter1/2t sugar1/2t lemon juicepinch salt2 C Julienne-cut parsnips (2 inch)2C Julienne-cut carrots (2 inch)1T parsley
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy pot; Stir well. Add parsnips and carrots; toss well. Place over medium heat; cover and cook 10 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 10 minutes. (serving size approx 1 Cup)
