Garlic and Onion Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Catsup, low sodium, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 4 tsp Provolone Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz)
Directions
In a large bowl mix ground turkey, chopped onion, catsup, and Mrs. Dash Salt free Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Mix well. Divide into four patties. Heat non stick pan on medium heat. Cook patties until all meat is white.

Serve with topped with Provolone Cheese slice, on your favorite low calorie bun.
