Crock Pot Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs. beef round steak, cut into 1 inch cubes1 garlic clove, minced1 large onion, diced3 large potatoes, cut into dice4 large carrots, cut into rounds1 celery stalk, diced1/4 c all-purpose flour1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 whole bay leaf1 tsp paprika1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 1/2 cups beef broth
Directions
Place meat in crock pot. In a small bowl mix, together the flour, salt and pepper and pour mixture over meat. Stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Add the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, broth, potatoes, carrots and celery. Stir well to mix all together. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours OR on high for 4 to 6 hours. Stir thoroughly and serve. Serves 10.
