8 oz whole wheat pasta i use Rozoni8 oz of 2% Velveeta block cheeseCan of diced green chillis NOT DRAINED or 1/2 can of Rotel Drained the more rotel you use the spicer it gets1 can of Cambles Low fat Cream of Mushroom soup or Low fat Cream of chicken soup3 tbl spoon of Minced onion 1/2 cup of whole milk or you can use low fat milk I put whole milk in because it tastes better if you want lower calories then use low fat or no fat.10 oz can of 98% low fat canned chicken.
Cook pasta untill desired texture. I like my pasta with a bite so i prefer aldente.
in seperate bowl mix together cheese milk and soup prepare in microwave stiring every 3 minutes untill smooth when smooth add in minced onion, chillis, canned chicken and cooked pasta drained.
Use a 10 x 9 in pan coat with non stick spray. pour contents from bowl spread evenly and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 min.
