One brick of silken tofuhandful of fresh basil.5-1 tsp mustard (to taste)juice of .5-1 lemonssmall dash nutmegsalt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
put everything in a blender and blend. You may want to add some veggie stock if it seems too thick for your liking. Serve over whatever you so desire. Goes great with broccoli and spinach! Makes about 4 .5 cup servings without the veggie stock added.
