Grandma Cooper's Baked Steak

Ingredients
2 lbs tenderized round or cube steak2 oz whole wheat flour2 T dried parsley1 t each onion & garlic powders and salt1/2 t pepper1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup2 cans fat free evaporated milk1 large onion sliced and separated1.5 c fresh mushrooms sliced4-6 T butter
Directions
Mix together flour and seasonings. Dredge steak in flour mixture and place in 13x9 baking dish, lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Mix together soup and milk with whisk. Pour over steak. Top with mushrooms, onions, and butter. Bake @ 400* for 1 hr. Enjoy with baked potatoes and roasted veggies for a delicious, kids pleasing meal.
