* *Milk substitutes, Lowfat Vanilla Soy Milk, 1 cup (remove) * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove) * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Put your milk/soymilk and blue berries and Banana in the blender, blend until smooth, pour into a large glass and drink!
Great for on the way to work or as an afternoon snack!
