Salsa fresco

Ingredients
2 cups tomatoes (or 1 15 oz can diced).5 cup diced red onion3 jalapeno pepper diced (seeds removed)1 cup diced pasilla peppers (or green pepper for less heat).5 bunch of chopped cilantrojuice from one lime
Directions
chop or dice all ingredients to about the same size (can use food processor to coarse consistency) then add lime juice. Use more jalapenos to add more heat. Flavor will vary depending on season and flavor of produce.

Makes about 8 .5 cup servings.
