Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 10 large (remove) * Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove) * *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .66 cup (remove) * Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2 cup (not packed) (remove) * Cheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shredded (remove) * *Bacon, Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon, 10 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Press the thawed spinach into a large strainer to squeeze all the water out. Combine all ingredients. (Crack eggs one at a time into a small dish, to inspect eggs and avoid ruining the whole batch. It almost NEVER happens, but it has happened to me.) Pour into a 9" x 13" pan, sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut 4 X 5 pieces to serve 20.
