Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Juice of 1 LemonJuice of 1 Lime1/4 tsp lemon zest1/4 tsp lime zest pinch of dried thyme ( 1/2 tsp fresh thyme)dash of saltdash of pepper
Directions
combine all ingredients in a jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serving size= 1 TBSP
amount of servings will depend on how much juice you can get from the lemons and limes
