The Best Brussels Sprouts in the World

Ingredients
1/4 C clarified brown butter (could use regular browned butter, but it removes a good deal of the sat fat when you clarify it -- also keeps better)1/2 C toasted hazelnuts, chopped finely2 C brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
Directions
1. Steam brussels sprouts JUST until almost tender. 3 min or so depending on the volume.
2. Toss the butter and hazelnuts over the hot sprouts, leave on heat for 1-2 minutes to allow for thorough combination.
3. Get ready to throw some elbows-- people will fight for these.
Makes 4- 1/2 C servings.
