Bean & Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup(s) canned refried beans 1 medium onion(s) 1 Tbsp canned jalapeņo peppers 1 cup(s) cooked extra lean ground beef, 17% fat 5 item(s) Weight Watchers Whole Wheat Tortilla 1 cup(s) canned tomato sauce
Directions
Brown beef w/ onions & garlic and minced jalapeno. Add in refried beans & mix well.

Fill tortillas with mixture and roll up placing seam side down in baking dish. Cover with tomato sauce & bake @ 350 for 30min.

Add grated cheese to the top if desired (not included in recipe). Great served on a bed f brown rice.
