Slow-cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 whole Red Onion3 stalks Celery1lbs Skinless Chicken Breast, chopped4 cups Chicken Stock, fat free, low sodium13oz Whole Wheat SpaghettiSea salt, Pepper, Poultry seasoning to taste.
Directions
I just chopped everything up, broke the spaghetti in half and threw everything in the crock pot for 4 hours. Then divvied it up into 7 servings and froze all but 2.
