Ingredients
Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup (remove)Wheat Bran, 3 serving (remove)Egg white, 3 serving (remove)*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup (remove)Honey, 1 cup (remove)Maple Syrup, .33 cup (remove)Agave Nectar Stick, 2 stick (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Soak Bran in milk for 10 minutes. Combine wet ingredients then add bran. Mix dry and add. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes.
