Cold Tomato Buttermilk Soup

Ingredients
1 quart tomato juice2 cups buttermilk2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce8 dashes hot sauce (tobasco)1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper3/4 cup fresh arugula about 1 ounce
Directions
Combine all ingredients except arugula. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour (or overnight). Stir to recombine. Add arugula, and serve
