Peanut Butter Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Flour2 teaspoons Baking Powder1/2 teaspoon Salt1/4 cup Peanut Butter1 Egg 1 tablespoon Sugar1 1/4 cup 2% Milk
Directions
Whisk the first 3 ingredients in a bowl,
In a separate bowl whisk the peanut butter, egg and sugar until combined , than whisk in the milk until well incorporated
Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ( may have lumps )
Heat a large saute pan or griddle over medium heat & spray with non-stick spray
Pour 1/8 cup of batter mixture onto griddle cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side makes 12 - 1/8 cup servings
