Whole Wheat Pizza with Carmelized Onions

Ingredients
whole wheat pizza dough for 1 pizza1 tbsp olive oil2 chopped shallots2 med chopped onions4 cloves minced garlic1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers2 cups sliced mushrooms1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp dried thyme salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Saute the onions, shallots and garlic in the olive oil over med. to med./high heat slowly until lightly browned and soft. Add the mushrooms and peppers and continue to saute 5 minutes. Roll out dough, spread in pizza pan and spread vegetable mixture over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and thyme. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes.
