1 lb lean ground beef1 cup diced onion1 cup diced carrot1/2 cup diced celery1 cup diced mushrooms1 12 oz can tomatoe paste1 15 oz can diced tomatoes, blended1/4 cup ketchup2 Tb cider vinegar3 Tb worcestershire sauce1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp garlic powder
Saute ground beef with all the veggies, until beef is brown. Drain. Add tomatoe sauce, blended tomatoes, ketchup & seasonings. Simmer for 30 min.
