3/4 cup brown rice1 Tblsp Italian Seasoning1 can Swanson's Low sodium, low fat chicken broth1 cup chopped spinachWater as needed1/2 low fat parmesan cheese
Makes 4 1/2 cup servings.
Combine, italian seasoning, rice and chicken broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook for approximately 20 minutes. Add water as needed, and spinach. Cook another 20 minutes adding water as needed. Add parmesan cheese, toss and serve.
