Crockpot Bread Pudding

Ingredients
3 beaten eggs3 1/2 cups cubed bread3 1/2 cups milk3/4 cup brown sugar1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Beat eggs, and fold all ingredients in a crockpot sprayed with Pam. Cook on high until a knife comes out clean. (Approx. 3 hours)

Option: Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top
