Made over Chicken and Noodles

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast 3 oz chopped into cubes1-1/2 cups cooked whole wheat egg noodles1/2 cup of healthy request cream of mushroom or cream of chicken condensed soup1/2 cup onion diced1 cup celery diced2Tbsp Mrs. Dash (any flavor)1Tbsp red pepper (optional)1 cup water2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. drain and set aside. Put olive oil in skillet, Put in chopped chicken breast, add seasonings, onions and celery. Cook until done. Add soup and water to a boil. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add noodles to mixture or pour mixture over cooked pasta.
