broccoli and low-fat cheese sauce

4 stalks broccoli diced6 oz low fat cheese.1/4 c milk1 Tbls flour
steam broccoli until done to taste. in sauce pan mix flour and our cream over low/med heat to make a roux. Let cook but not darken. then slowly stir in milk heat until just starting to boil while stirring then add cheese until melted. add seasoning to you taste.
this doesn't make a lot of sauce just enough to add taste to broccoli if you like it real saucy you may wish to increase accordingly.
