Salmon with Honey-Soy Sauce Glaze

Ingredients
1 pound fresh salmon fillet1 TBS honey1 TBS reduced sodium soy saucedash garlic powderdash mustard powderMix honey, soy sauce, honey and mustard together in a little bowl, Brush over the top of the salmon.
Directions
SUMMER: Brush soy sauce and honey on fish and grill. Put the skin side on the grill - if it burns, who cares, it just peels right off!

WINTER: Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes, then broil the last minute or two.

Salmon is done when it is slightly flaky, but not dried out.
