Ingredients
Whole wheat flour ( Chakki Atta flour works best). boiling hot watersalt nonstick spray
Directions
Use very hot water. Combine and kneed until it is no longer sticky. Form into balls and roll out into circle like shapes. Hit your pan or pancake grill. Use a little non stick spray and cook on both sides. If you dab water with a kitchen towel one side, it will puff up.
