Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
*beef - stew meat, cooked, 3 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Mushrooms, canned, 1.5 cup (remove)Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup (remove)Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Sour Cream, 1 cup (remove)*French's Worchestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (remove)Paprika, 6 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
Season beef with salt and pepper. Brown beef in frying pan on stovetop, place in cooker. Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, thyme, worchestershire sauce, paprika and beef stock. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Season with salt and pepper. 30 Minutes before serving add sour cream and heat through. Serve over hot egg noodles
