Molly's Potatoe cake patty

Ingredients
small egg.5 cup milkleftover mashed potatoesseasoned flour
Directions
mix egg and milk in a shallow bowl. mix flour and seasoning in another shallow bowl. make a patty out of the leftover potatoes. Dip in egg mixture then in flour. Place in skillet with a bit of oil or spray with non-stick spray.

Note: if you use the spray you will need to spray again before you turn them over.
