    I usually turn it into two meals because of my band. Bacon won't pass, so I add a little more cheese, have it with fish, and use no-fat sour cream. I have to chop vegs very finely, so I sometimes add gr. pepper and celery with the onion, or tomatoes and broccoli with parm, no cheddar. - 1/20/11
