Quick NZ Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 can of cannellini beans (390g)..5 a jar of Old el Paso tomato salsa dip (300g).
Directions
Drain 1 390g can of beans.
Place into a container. Use a hand "Blitzer" to process the beans.
Add 150g of tomato salsa and process again.
Add water to thin, if desired.
Enjoy with raw vegetables such as carrot or cerlery sticks
Makes 8 100g servings
