Ground Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground turkey (94%)1 cup chopped onions2 cups canned crushed tomatoes1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup diced sweet potatoes1/2 tsp. freshly ground cinnamon1 tsp tumeric3 Tbsp. freshly ground ginger2 cloves ginger, minced1/4 tsp. sea salt1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Brown ground turkey in skillet with onions. Add green peppers, potatoes, tomatoes and spices . Bring to simmer and cook for 25 minutes. For half of the time, cover. Serve over brown rice.
