Taco "Jose" Pockets

Ingredients
2 cans crescent rolls (or baking sheets)1/2 lbs ground sirloin (90/10 or better)2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning (more if you prefer)1/4 c ketchup2 Tbsp dehydrated onion (or eqiv. of fresh onion)1/2 c queso or your fav shredded cheese.up to 1/4 c water
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*
Spray cookie sheet w/ cooking spray
Brown ground beef over med-high heat, reduce to simmer
Add taco seasoning, onion and water as needed
Simmer 5 minutes until sloppy joe consistancy, remove from heat.

On clean counter top, roll out cresent rolls/sheets and sepaate into 8 rectangles (pinch seams if using rolls).
Spoon 1/8 of the beef mixture onto each rectangle (center of one side), sprinkle w/ a pinch of cheese.
Fold cresent in half and press edges with a fork to seal "pocket".
Place cresecnt pockets on cookie sheet, brush w/ egg and sprinkle with corn meal.

Bake 10-15 min until deep golden brown.
