1/2 pkg tofu, any variety, equal to about 7.5 oz.1/3C unsweetened cocoa3/4C Splenda no cal sweetener1 6oz container Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt1 tsp vanillaCinnamon, nutmeg, to taste
Cut the tofu into pieces. Put all in food processor and blend until very smooth. Put into 1/2C plastic containers, cover and refrigerate an hour or two. Makes 4-1/2C servings.(Less if you lick the spoon and the bowl, which is very difficult not to do.)
