Green Bean Stew

Ingredients
1/2 lb. chuckeye roast boneless, cubed2 cups water1 tsp olive oil1 tsp salt1 tbsp tomato past1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 lb. green beans, french style1 tbsp lemon juicepepper to tast
Directions
Brown meat in olive oil. Add 1 cup water with salt. Cook until meat is tender. Add green beans to meat. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook 20 minutes. Mix tomato paste, tomato sauce and lemon juice with 1/2 cup water. Pour over beans. Cook 20 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper. Serves 4 side dishes.

If desired, serve over rice. Not included in calorie count.
