Six-Minute Chocolate cake

1 1/2 c white flour1/3 c c unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 c sugar1/2 c vegetable oil1 c cold water or coffee2 tsp vanilla2 T cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 375
Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar into cake pan. Measure and mix together oil, water and vanilla in measuring cup. Pour liquid ingredients into baking pan and mix with a small whisk. When the batter is smooth, add vinegar and stir quickly, just until vinegar is evenly distributed throughout the batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes and set aside to cool.
