Fresh Tomato & Basil Chicken Pasta

2 skinless chicken breasts1 can diced stewed tomatoes1 tbsp fresh basil or 1 1/2 tsp dried basil1/4 cup low sodium chicken stock and/or broth1/4 cup white and/or rose wineSmall amount of flour for dusting chickenSalt & pepper to tasteFresh chopped garlic, to taste1 tbsp olive oil1 1/2 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, lightly dust chicken with flour.
Pre-heat saute' pan. When pan is hot, add olive oil and chicken.
Cook for 5 - 7 min.
Add wine, simmer 1 - 2 min to reduce, add chicken broth, simmer 1 - 2 min.
Add canned tomatoes and fresh basil. Simmer 2 - 3 min.
Cook pasta while preparing chicken. When chicken is ready, drain and add pasta to saute' pan, mix together well and serve.
