Chicken Lo-Mein

Ingredients
Chicken Breast- 1 lb1 Carrot1 Scallion4 MushroomsCabbage- 2 cupsOlive Oil- 2 TbspoonSesame Oil- 2 TbspoonSoy Sauce 1/4 cupCorn Starch- 1 TbspoonHoisen Sauce, 2 TbspoonWheat Spagetti 8 ozGarlic powder, 1/2 tspGinger Powder, 1/2 tsp
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to directions on the pacae
2. Slice Chicken into thin strips
3. Peel carrot and grate. Then slice all remaining vegetables
4. Heat Olive oil on 7, add garlic powder, ginger powder (I use the powder you can use the natural ingredients instead) and add the vegetables. and stir fry for 5 minutes. Then place vegetables in a bowl and put aside.
5. Lower the heat to 5 and add Sesame oil. Cook until the chcicken is no longer pink
6. In another bowl, Mix together the soy sauce, water, hosien sauce, and corn starch. Then pour the mixture with the chicken.
7. Stir in vegetables. cook for 3 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken
8. Toss pasta with mixture in the pan and serve
