16oz. Pack frozen green beans1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained1 15oz. can diced tonatoes with liquid1C. pasta or tomato sauce1C.black olives chopped optional, not in nutrion value1C. quick cooking brown rice1t. dry basilno fat shredded moz. cheese for serving, optional not included in nutrion value
Directions
Defrost beans partially and drain off liquid.
In medu\ium stock pot with tight lid combine green beans with all other ingredients except for the cheese.Bring to a boil reduce heat to simmer and cook for 30 min or until rice is tender. ENJOY
