Ingredients
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix1 can of creamed corn
Directions
Mix the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix throughly with 1 can of creamed corn. Let the mixture rest for 3-4 minutes, restirring before filling cups. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Fill muffin cups about 1/2 full. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes about 8 muffins.

NOTE: Do not add the egg and milk that the Jiffy corn muffin mix calls for. The creamed corn is all you need.
