Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatos

4-5 Medium Potatos (russet or red potatos work best)4 Cloves Garlic- minced1 cup Skim Milk1 Cup Parmesan CheeseButter Buds (optional)salt and pepper
Cut potatos into medium sized cubes and boil for 20 minutes.
During the last 10 minutes of boiling the potatos, heat the milk and garlic in a sauce pan to not quite boiling until the garlic is fairly soft.
Drain the potatos. When the garlic is soft, add the milk/garlic mixture to the potatos a little at a time while mashing the potatos with a hand masher until the consistancy you desire is reached. You may or may not not use all of the milk.
Add the parmesan cheese and mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
