Red beans and summer sausage

Summer SausageRed BeansTaco or Yellow RiceOnionGarlicred, yellow, or green bell pepperOlive Oil
Cook Rice according to package directions
Cook Onion, Garlic, and pepper (all diced) in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Add Summer sausage, red beans, and Rice, Cook for 5 minutes or until warm throughout.
Serve with Garlic Bread.
(We used Venison Sausage which is leaner and better for you than Beef or Pork Summer Sausage, but harder to find)
