Ingredients
3 cups Steel Cut Oats1/4 cup Ground Flaxseeds8 cups Water2 Cinnamon Sticks1 tbsp Pure Vanilla ExtractPinch of salt, optional1 lb. Frozen Peaches2 cups Frozen Blueberries
Directions
1. Spray crock pot w/nonstick spray or use a crock pot liner. Do not skip this step or you may be scrubbing for days.
2. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Remove cinnamon sticks. Serve w/your favorite toppings.

Makes 10 1-cup servings. (4 points+ per cup)
