4oz Chicken Breast cut into cubes0.5Tbsp Spicy Szechuan Sauce1 Tbsp Water0.5 Tbsp Honey0.5Tbsp Oil0.5 Cup Snow PeasZest of one small orange
1. Heat oil in pan until hot and then add Chicken.
2. Cook Chicken for 5 to 7 minutes.
3. Add Snow Peas and stir fry for another 1 or 2 minutes.
4. Add Szechuan Sauce, Water, Honey and Orange Zest and cook for another minute.
This can be served over rice couscous, quiona, or other favorite starch.
