Home made chunky applesauce

Ingredients
2 apples, any kind1 tbsp cinnamon1/2 cup water1 pot1 tsp nutmeg.
Directions
All you do is slice up the apples into chunks, add to water in the pot, with water boiling. add cinnamon to mix, and stir to cover apples. stir apples in boiling water till soft and then use a potato masher (or whatever you have that can mash) and mash it up!
I like to add nutmeg to it, but it's optional

makes 4 1/2 cup servings, 2 cup servings, or 2 cups total.
