Whole Wheat Cornbread

Ingredients
1/3 cup Whole wheat flour1/3 cup yellow cornmeal1/4 teaspoon baking soda1/8 teaspoon baking powder1/4 cup non-fat milk1/3 cup Fage 0% Yogart Plain1 egg whiteCrisco Butter no-stick spray
Directions
Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl mixing all together well. Make an impression in the mixture then add the milk, yogart and egg in and mix all ingredients together. Spray Crisco spray on muffin tin then pour mixture into muffin tin and bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
If you like sweet cornbread you can add a tablespoon of splenda into the first step which does not add any calories.
