quick oats, 1/2 cupnon fat milk, 1/2 cupwater 1/2 cupcocoa for baking, 1tbspPB2, 2tbspSplenda to your liking...
Directions
Add the milk and water into a small pan. Add the cocoa and the pb2 stir until blended. Add splenda. When blended in add in oatmeal and cook until done.
