Low-Fat Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients
2 cups soy flour2 cups sugar2 cups pumpkin1 cup applesauce4 egg whites1 tsp baking soda3 tsp baking powderCream Cheese Frosting: 3 oz fat free Cream cheese3/4 stick oleo1 tsp vanilla1 tsp milk1 3/4 cup powdered sugar (added gradually)
Directions
Mix ingredients together and spread on Jelly roll pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Cool the bars and frost. Makes 24-2 inch bars.
