* 1 cup unsweetened natural orange juice (I like the one with pulp)* 1/3 cup chopped spinach - FRESH not frozen* .5 cup Natura Soy Beverage - Vanilla or Strawberry* 20 Blueberries* 1 tsp Whole Psyllium Husk * 1 tsp ground Flax Seed
I have a "Magic Bullet" type blender and use it for this recipe
* In your blending cup, put all the ingredients, saving the soy milk for last as it curdles slightly when it hits the orange juice.
* Blend on high until it reaches desired consistently. I like it a teeny tiny bit chunky, but experiment to see what works for you.
**** Note - please be sure to wash the spinach properly - sometimes it has grit in it! ****
